By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be liable to change if discussed with me prior to the commission.

I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.✦ PAYMENT
All commissions are upfront payment only.
I accept currency in EUR through Stripe or Kofi.
I only accept Paypal as a final option, and it will have a separate pricing in USD.I will send an invoice and expect payment within 24 hours of an accepted commission.✦ PROCESS
I will send a Work In Progress sketch in 3-5 days after receiving the payment.
An additional WIP will be given if I need clarification about the commission. I will only revise after the initial sketch, lineart stage and completion.
After completing the artwork, one revision is allowed if I made any errors with markings.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 - 2 months, longer for larger commissions. It will also depend on many factors: health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.
If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified ASAP.✦ FEEDBACK
I will try my best to draw as you envisioned the piece!
After a commission is finished, only minor changes are allowed (e.g. small coloring/marking mistakes).
Any major changes will come with an extra charge (e.g. pose change or anything that needs a redraw).
Make sure you have a clear idea of what you want from the start. Otherwise, state that you're okay with artistic freedom!✦ COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I have the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote myself, add it to my portfolio, and post it anywhere.You are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- You can print the art, and claim the right to your character, but not the artwork
- You can use the art to promote yourself with proper creditI do not allow my art to be turned to NFTs or anything associated with blockchain technology.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, you will be blacklisted from any future commissions.
If you would like to use the art for commercial purposes, let me know so we can discuss it. I am willing to negotiate commercial licensing fees for my workThe following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially
- Taking credit for the artwork
- Removal of any watermarks or signatures
- Altering the artwork without my consent✦ CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after payment. All decisions are final.
If payment has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
I will give a full / partial refund if I cannot fulfill the commission.For custom designs, if you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be blocked from commissioning me again.
I also have every right to file a complaint if any complications occur. Please discuss any concerns with me if there is a problem!Do message or email me if you have further questions!
